Code for bulk delete tags #770

Made changes in the code to allow the bulk deletion of the tags in batch mode which is done by modifying the removable property on the tags array when the batch mode is toggled.

Added a method in tag-tay.component.ts to delete the tags by selecting all the videos that contains the tag to be deleted.
