Japanese character video titles truncated

Bug report from user:

The title of the video (Japanese) not displayed well when in Details view and Details view2. The title is only displayed halfway.

Right-click details view has same problem. Number of characters shows isn't consistent, sometimes cut off after around 20 characters, at other times after 5 😓
