Capslock behavior when typing the second time

whenever i type a password on some VM, OS etc. it sometimes happens, that the passwords show some weird "capslock like behaviour" or maybe the shirft timing is to slow and the typing too fast?

since i got no clue of how to type the same password 1000 times i just can only assume that shorter passwords seems to work until 37 ~ 39 characters. i did some manual testing. 5-6 generated password with lower upper and numeric character per length and 10/20 runs if no error accurred, with errors more often to guess the rate of errors this one fails in ~1/12 times. oQCQbocTFr2dTQm1nUv67P3oyaN0AQKrI7Gndhj with the mistyped version oQCQbocTFr2dTQm1nUv67P3oyaN0AQKrI7GDHJ
