Wales published 300K historical names. It is a living dataset. Might be interesting.

Their limitation of non-commercial doesn't fit within Who's On First's license terms.

If you could secure a custom license from them we may be able to import, though. Can you check with them?

I've reached out to the RCAHMW to ask if they're able to secure a CC BY or CC-0 equivalent license for a WOF import. Will respond here once I hear back from the agency.
