sometimes creating new directory always fails with 0x2002 error

exact reproduce pattern is unknown, deleting the whole failing hierarchy helps. consider adding workaround?

For me that happens on clean device (formated data + system) in TWRP recovery. All the time.

@Civil maybe it was mounted readonly in recovery, can you check it?

Well, it wasn't. But the problem was that only Windows was able to upload the data. With aft-fuse it returns "I/O Error" in the end, with cli - General error 0x2002. I'll also try to reproduce that without wiping data.
