If file(s) already exists, option to only overwrite if source file is larger than destination file?

My laptop suspended half way through and I couldn't be sure what .mp3 file was cut in half so I chose to overwrite all, but I have seen copy systems where "overwrite only if source file is larger than destination file" is an option to speed things up. Might this be possible in aft? Thanks for the software anyhow!
