Upload / Download not clear

It is not very obvious to find how to download files from phone to computer. Maybe a download button can be added in the toolbar ? An other thing is that the upload / download feature is not very clear (download to the phone or the pc ?) . Maybe a tooltip or something else can be add to make it more obvious ?
