feat: UI update

Context Started off just wanting to add custom API Keys because I kept hitting quota issues. Ended up also reworking the UI and adding a few features to improve the UX.

Key additions

• New layout, chat based implementation
• Introduced Dialog, Transition and Modal
• Added ChatBubble component. Takes a delay (wait) to simulate loading behaviour, then transitions in
• Added custom API Key journey

How to run

• Setup project as normal
• Go to http://localhost:3000/indexv2. Given I went a bit rogue, created a new page to avoid big merge conflicts & be able to compare easily. Intention would be to replace index
