Create Slider dynamically

I am working on survey application so i need to create slider dynamically so i dont have idea how mush slider will create because from the admin panel customer will chose how many slider at the time of creating survey questions so in your example every slider has their own state variable and i can not use state in this scenario so please any body has any idea how to solve this problem
