audio implementation with lags and discontinuities

@whitphx , I managed to add audio along with video in streamilt_webrtc module. I tested it on colab. However, the audio has some lags from time to time. Or, let's say discontinuity sound. Can you help me with that ?

I tried to modify fps to 50, this disappeared. I guess this is something with some constants
