Migrate all E2E tests to BrowserStack if it's faster

Currently we are using BrowserStack for running the E2E tests of @stlite/browser on Chrome for Android, and its CI job is faster than the job running the test on desktop OSes. We should migrate all E2E jobs to BrowserStack if it's faster in the case of the desktop OSes too.
