Pyarrow available with Pyodide >=0.27

Pyarrow will finally be available in Pyodide (see https://github.com/pyodide/pyodide/pull/4950).

I tried locally with the 0.27 alpha2 and it seemed to work (esp. the essential pa.Table.from_pandas).

When Pyodide 0.27 stable is released and stlite is bumped to that version, it would be great if the workarounds used to circumvent pyarrow would be removed again (e.g. to support intervals in dataframe and simply to reduce cases where a use case works in streamlit "natively" and not via stlite).
