Thanks for adding this @labudis - is Prodsight a Research Repository in the sense that individuals can Add/View/Share Research insights or does it just capture info from the mentioned integrations?

It automatically imports data from Intercom, Zendesk and Freshdesk which is the raw customer feedback that then can be analyzed and visualised/shared with stakeholders. So yes it acts as a research repository for people who receive feedback through these sources. Currently, there is no way of adding data from other sources manually.

Hi @whitingx, we just shipped a Zapier integration for Prodsight which allows researchers to centralise all their customer feedback automatically from hundreds of apps such as Typeform, SurveyMonkey as well as Google Sheets.

Users can then quickly break this feedback into topics and track trends in changing user needs.

Does this qualify us for an addition to this repo?
