Create a SampleCollection class

Create a new SampleCollection class for performing basic pre-processing operations on multiple samples. This would basically mirror the API of the Sample class but for multiple samples. It would be limited to a single comp matrix or set of transforms that would be applied to all samples, and would also not provide any gating functionality.
