fixed epicfail plugin

Looks like epicfail.com changed their formatting a little since this plugin was created. I updated it to reflect that. As of the time of the update, there were 933 pages of posts, so I also updated the rand() call to use 933 instead of 330. Finally, I updated the format of the URL itself.
