Why is this at more than 100% CPU?

I do not have enough information to assist you. What command did you run to get the output you are showing? Is this the only screen you are that concerns you?

In Linux, CPU percentages are displayed in reference to a single core. If you see 150%, that would mean you are utilizing the equivalent of 1.5 CPU cores. It may only be using 75% of each core of the two cores. Does this answer your question?
