There is an open vulnerability on the repo and looks like no one is maintaining the repo. There are forks available that has the fix. Should archive the repo.

@cpanato, @hectorj2f, could you please enable issues at https://github.com/chainguard-dev/git-urls so that it can serve as a maintained fork to report any future issues to?
