Support for preprocessing H3 hexagons

Dear GeoTorchAI team I would like to know if there will be any support for preprocessing H3 hexagons. Thanks!

@raphaelnz Can you elaborate more on what kind of preprocessing you want to perform on H3? Build spatiotemporal tensors on H3 hexagons? The preprocessing module is built upon Sedona which takes all sorts of polygons but currently don't support H3.

@kanchan-chy Any suggestion?
