Indeed, a DOS-like GUI is disappointing. Also, a few things need to be added:

1 - A folder named Panda3DS in all OSes.

2 - Sub-folders like Bios/Roms/Save Games/Save States/Screenshots.

3 - A changelog file separated from a readme file. (1st preview is missing one)

4 - A readme file with minimum/recommended requirements detailing your story and the story of the emulator plus what is the percentage of the emulation of graphics/sound/input/peripherals/etc.

There's a Qt release of this emulator now, will take that for a GUI
