[Feature Request] COSMIC <- any chance we can get breezy working for the new popos desktop?

I believe it's forked from GNOME, so Breezy GNOME is a potential portable candidate, but it would be up to someone else to take care of that as I've got my hands full with Vulkan/Gamescope, GNOME, and KDE ports.

I don't know enough about it but I thought it was a new development from the ground up in rust. Could of course be a port from GNOMEs design documents and align with apis but I know too little to understand that. Anyhow, it is hoped for to become a major player in many distributions so I think aligning breezy with that will make the user base a lot larger.

The first version of Cosmic was based on GNOME (which will be deprecated), but the new Cosmic Epoch is full rewrite in Rust.
