meta support of electronic signature and electronic document

It is necessary to support electronic signature as standard in html pages. It would be great if html browsers support open document text for electronic correspondence.

It's kinda okay to file such issues here (it's the catch-all repository after all), but you might get more traction bringing your ideas to WICG or some such and resurface them here once the idea has become a bit more concrete.
