Dev edition: broken link to ARIA

In the "Global attributes" section there is a "annotations for assistive technology products" link that leads to nowhere. Should it be marked with w-nodev?

Great catch.

I think what we should actually do is restore that section to the dev edition, but modified. We should w-nodev the first sentence about user agent requirements, and rephrase the second sentence to talk about authoring requirements for web developers instead of requirements on conformance checkers, or maybe talk about both.

Alternately we could w-nodev the sentence you point out and, in the dev edition, replace it with a different one that directly references [ARIAHTML]. Maybe that would be cleaner.
