Add to packagist

It would be great to add a composer.json and add it to packagist for easy installation, instead of dealing with the somewhat outdated PEAR process.

Robin, we've been talking about that for a long time and just haven't done it yet. We totally should. Thank you for opening this issue. Hopefully I can get that working soon!
