breeze --type complex does not create helpers and models directories

helpers and models directories are not created when using --type complex on the breeze binary

This is actually related to #16. I guess I've been slacking ;). I'll try to get a new release out tonight.

In the mean time, the manual installation option should provide you with a working version and a fix for the layout() issue described in #16.
