Wrong calculation of Checksums in CalibrationRegs.xlsx

When calculation the HIGH WORD of the Checksums 0 - 3 only the last 7 digits are considered. It should be the last 8 digits!

E.g. in Sheet "Measurement Calibration" the formular in cell G39 should end with ... )));8)
