Is this project alive?

There are about 6 million downloads on the crates.io website. And the last release was 3 years ago. No public activity from the main developer on the last 3 years on GitHub! Fortunately, he is alive, I can see some activity on Twitter and LinkedIn (based on the links in his website).

So my question is that, what's the state of such an important project with so many defendants?

Should we migrate to https://github.com/chrislearn/cruet or you can make somebody else admin if you don't have free time? I'm OK to become the new admin if you like, @whatisinternet.
