This is the Ethereum Classic project, so ethere project, makes sense. Especially considering as the logic of the situation is that this is actually Ethereum just as much as ETF...
I think a simple todo list that provides a CRUD example would be very helpful. With how much is there it is hard to see where to start.

You should fork the project and make the change then issue a pull request. It would get implemented faster.
So it is not able to generate the keys, you would have to already have generated the key and the ecdsa part is just the code to sign with a...
