Running Windows, my experience is that if you have any space (blank) in the path, then iptvnator will not load mpv. So, place mpv in a location without any space...
I tried to encode the whitespace using "+" and also tried "%20" in the path. Unfortunately, neither worked.
Unfortunately, mpv in beta.4 is not working. Does not matter if the path has spaces or not. Either approach does not launch mpv. Tested in Windows 10. BTW, also not...
The image you provided shows that you are attempting to play a video file (i.e. video on demand). IPTVnator plays live streams but does not play video on demand files....
