Podman Quadlet Support

Would you be interested in merging support for Podman quadlet files? Those are basically unit files to define podman containers that play nicely with systemd.

I'm working on those definitions right now, but it is my first time writing a vim syntax file. So I am learning as I go using your work as reference.

If you're interested, I can submit a PR. Otherwise I'll keep a fork of it.
