Edit comments of excersises in a workout

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a workout and add some exercises
2. After the creation of exercises, try to edit the exercise's comment

Expected results: Seeing a comment input field to edit or add the comment to the exercise.

Actual results: A modal with only the reps/weight for that exercise. (It also appears as though you can't edit the amount of sets either)
