Contanerize for running on Balena

It would be amazing if wger could be contanerized to run in the Balena cloud, running on self hosted devices such as Raspberry Pis

Proposal

Similar to the examples in this link it would be awesome if someone could write a docker compose for Balena (I was hoping Raspberry Pi 3/4 specifically)

I can help out with this, I've worked with Balena for other personal projects

Hi! I had never heard of Balena before. I have skimmed over the docs and the setup seems easy enough, however we don't have an ARM docker image of the application yet. That's also something not difficult to do, it just needs to be done
