Check terminology

Check that the terminology used in the project is consistent and doesn't cause unnecessary confusion

For example "workout" implies a specific training unit and it might be better to call it something like "workout plan", "routine", etc., at least in the user interface. This applies to the mobile app as well

Another problematic one: "weight log" is probably better to call it "training log" as it is more general and would apply to exercises that don't use weights
