Borg RPE scale support

Since I need to use the Borg RPE scale (6-20) instead of the RiR-Scale I would like to have the option to change the default RPE scale.

When we were implementing this we had a discussion on what to use, RiR o RPE, in the end we went with RiR. Since both scales are kinda the same but count from "different sides", it's possible to convert from one to the other depending on some user preference. If anybody wants to implement this, I'll be glad to assist
