While this isn't difficult on a technical level (but not trivial, you'd need to save the phone numbers, validate them, etc.), the API costs money to use since it's sending SMSs (perhaps it won't cost much, I just have glanced over the site). On the other hand, if somebody wants to implement this, I'll be happy to help, I just don't think I'd deploy this on wger.de
