Can't create workout plan on fresh Android app install

Description

I cannot create a new workout plan in the Android client app by hitting the plus button -> New workout plan -> filling out "Name" and "Description" and clicking "Save". The save button appears to do nothing.

Same issue if I go to the workout tab and click the red plus button and try to fill it out.
