Exercise creation: Previously input description is lost

When going back to edit an item and going forth again all text that has previously been input in the description and note field is lost

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to exercise creatiojn
2. enter name
3. enter description
4. go back to name.
5. Go forward to description.

Expected results:

The description I previously wrote in the text field.

Actual results:

An empty text field

I have not yet tested this, but it might be also be the case for other values like exercise name, alternative names, notes, etc.
