Add Redis-Sentinel Support

Use case

When running in Kubernetes I already have a HA-Redis-Instance deployed. I want wger to use this instances. Therefore the requirements-file would need to be updated to include django-sentinel==0.1.0.

Proposal

Add this https://pypi.org/project/django-sentinel/

Just saw my comment got translated to an html-comment and therefore wasn't visible. I think this would be a good addition to run wger with a Kubernetes-Setup. Thanks for your work, Roland & maintainers.
