Fetch product data from OFF when scanning

If a barcode scan (at the moment only from the app) does not produce any local results, we could try to query OFF and import the product to the local DB. We can use https://pypi.org/project/openfoodfacts/ to make our lives easier and it wouldn't be a bad idea to use this to fetch product images as well
