Allow correcting exercises from the app
Proposal
It is currently only possible to submit new exercises in the mobile app. However, we should also allow editing / correcting existing ones.
There are already a handful of form widgets for the exercise submission, we should re-use as many as possible (or refactor them to be more reusable)

Some more info: the way this is done in the web app is that the user can select the language (the default is the app language) and edit the name and description, if a language is selected for which there is no translation, a new one is created ():
I'd also start with just name and descriptiona and leave the other fields like images and videos for another issue
