Ongoing notification for workouts

Use case

User cannot see the workout that they are doing while the app is in the background.

Proposal

A sticky notification to indicate that there is an active workout session when app is minimized. GymRoutines on F-Droid does a similar thing.

This is a really good idea.

We could even allow for a simple control over the notifications such as next exercise, log weight, etc (but this can be part of a different issue)
