The config spark.sql.catalog.tidb_catalog.pd.addresses and spark.tispark.pd.addresses is repeated I think user can set only one of the two config

I think we can auto set spark.sql.catalog.tidb_catalog.pd.addresses by use specified spark.tispark.pd.addresses value
