Circle and Rectangle Distance

The tool to measure the radius and rectangle distance is handy. However, it appears that there is no way to change how the distance label is rendered. When a satellite or aerial image is in the background label is hard to read. Shadow option White/Black would be just great. There is no need to add any other properties because the display is just temporary. An alternative would be the option to disable drawing them (the user takes Paint Event to implement the feature).
