How to use EZGIS to load xml && .tif?

Hello everyone!

A: I need to learn how used EsayGis Load xml and .tif show on map?

( i find GIS have Void ReadXml() , but i don't know how to use.....) Have any Example?

B: I need set different scale to load different .shp , and not to reload,Have any Example?

[Beacuse when i change .shp , all map going to reload, then i needed ROI(Region of interest) will begone. ]
