This seems to be due to the package's built-in version of Microsoft. Web. WebView2. Core being too low, which is version 1.0.1370.28
@mtmk I need a ephemeral consumer group to consume messages to avoid prolonged message locking in case of unexpected exits, similar to how RabbitMQ's channel disconnects and messages are redelivered....
