Symlink/Junction mode

When I was writing https://github.com/wezm/git-grab/issues/6#issuecomment-2908806196, I thought it'd be nice to also have a passthrough mode where it clones to the current working dir, and makes a Symlink/Junction to the GRAB_HOME dir.
