Theme per pane and tab

In Windows Terminal, we can choose a theme when we launch a new pane (using commandline), here is an example of theme per pane.

Benefit: since panes don't have titles, I believe different themes serve as strong visual device to distinguish panes, e.g. everyone knows Ubuntu theme etc.
