After browser restart, unable to configure Dark Reader

Step to reproduce: install Dark Reader, configuration by clicking on the extension's icon works. Quit and reopen the browser, configuration is no longer works. It only says "Loading. Please wait...".

I guest this is the same cause as this Skye browser bug (since Skye forked from Wexond): https://github.com/skyebrowser/skye/issues/42
