Trying to open link in developer tools in a new tab doesn't work

Bug description When right-clicking a link and opening it in a new tab in the developer tools, nothing happens.

To Reproduce

• Go to a website having links/images/etc
• Open the developer tools
• Right-click the link
• Click "Open in new tab"

Expected behavior The link is opened in a new tab.
