Allow free language toggling in Settings

Sometimes either the translation will be subpar or the user might prefer another language (like English); a lot of Android apps have the tendency of restricting the ability of the user to just freely select another language for the interface, regardless of the system's.

Would be a nice touch if and whenever you get the time to put into it.
