Heuristics Review for Social Media and Mobile Gallery

Just wondering if there was a Heuristics review planned for the Social Media and Mobile Gallery this round, as hinted at in a prior issue on GCWeb [https://github.com/wet-boew/GCWeb/issues/498]?

Please note also : https://github.com/wet-boew/GCWeb/issues/497 since there was an issue about sufficient information when using filters and find functions

@masterbee Not as part of the heuristic evaluations currently being performed by UXWG. We are doing heuristic evaluations of the WET components only at this time.

Heuristic evaluations of the mobile and social media centres may be part of the usability testing for Canada.ca that is being planned. @Zarquann may be able to confirm.

@thomasgohard , thank you for the update. @Zarquann, any update or ideas as to when this testing will occur?

The contract is being finalized today with the vendor, I am told. There should be a kick-off meeting this week.

Milestone I: Heuristic evaluation on the WET components is slated for a final report by third week of March 2014, maybe earlier.

Milestone II: Heuristic evaluation of select pages (Social media and Moble could be included), is slated for April, 2014.

Milestone III: Usability testing with Canadians, including persons with disabilities, should be completed by the end of the summer, 2014.
